There is a light on in a window of the building across the alley that stays on all night long.
Is he paranoid? Experimenting? Growing weed? Forgetful? Senile? Insane? Scared? Hurt?
It's not on anymore, it's been a few months since I last saw it.
I'm still watching for it.
